Privacy policy

LIMA Learning uses your name, email address and phone number to manage your account and course participation. We also store your course enrollments, lounge messages, classroom materials, assignment submissions and grades to provide the learning platform.

Your teachers can access work submitted in their classes. Lounge members can see messages shared in their lounge. Administrators manage accounts, memberships and learning content. Login emails are sent through our email provider.

Choosing “Remember me” stores a login token in your browser for up to seven days. Otherwise, the token is stored for the current browser tab and expires after twelve hours. Logging out removes the token from that browser.

Do not share sensitive personal information in group conversations. Contact support@limalearning.com for privacy questions, account access corrections or a deletion request. Some records may need to be retained for operational or legal reasons.
